If the feel of the ocean is more of your style, just head west from Grants Pass on a quick trip and visit the little coastal town of Gold Beach where the pacific meets the rogue. Brookings is also nestled in the southern corner of the state, offering golden sand beaches and whispering seaside cliffs. But do not forget to stop by The Oregon Caves in Junction City on your way!
