This is not the first deal I’ve done with Gina Rice and not by accident. I have purchased nine houses in my lifetime and I would say, the last two I have done with Gina, have been the smoothest transactions so far. Gina is professional, yet easy going and accommodating. Sometimes, I want the honest truth and I don’t want the fluff, Gina’s straightforward nature is just what I need during those times. Gina Rice is a one of a kind. She is not only professional but she is a wonderful human being. I am a nurse and after the contract was signed on my house one year ago, the Pandemic hit. This along with other unforeseen issues came out but she made sure I stayed standing. She always showed such support and care and concern in a most stressful time.
